When you sign up we collect your name, business name, email address, trade, and the county you want covered. We use it for exactly one thing: sending you the weekly list you asked for, and one payment link near the end of your free trial. The legal basis is the subscription you asked for (contract) and, for the signup itself, your consent.
We don't sell, share, or rent your details to anyone. We don't run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. We don't send marketing beyond the service you signed up for.
The signup form is delivered by formsubmit.co (form-to-email service). This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Both act as processors; neither gets more than the form contents and standard server logs.
The lists we sell are compiled from statutory weekly planning lists that local authorities publish. We never include applicant names in any deliverable. Subscribers receive the site address, what was approved, the decision date, and a link to the public application.
We keep your details while you're a trialist or subscriber and delete them when you leave, except what invoicing and tax law require us to keep. You can ask at any time to see, correct, or delete what we hold. Email hello@grantedleads.ie and it's done. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie), but we'd rather fix it first.
