Terms of service

Last updated 6 July 2026.

The service

GrantedLeads ([trading name / RBN goes here], Ireland) sends subscribers a weekly email listing residential planning permissions granted in their chosen county, compiled from the statutory weekly lists published by local authorities: site address, description of what was granted, decision date, and a link to the public application.

Trial and billing

The first four weekly issues are free, no payment details required. Near the end of the trial we send one payment link. Continue and it's €75 per month per county, billed monthly in advance; ignore it and the emails stop, with nothing owed. You can cancel at any time and billing stops at the end of the paid month; we don't do partial refunds of a started month.

Capped access

We supply each trade to at most three firms within a county. Places are allocated in the order subscriptions are paid and held for as long as each subscription stays active. If your trade is already full in a county, we'll tell you and offer the next county or a place on the waiting list.

Using the data responsibly

The lists are compiled from public statutory sources and never include applicant names. How you contact prospects is your responsibility: anyone using planning lists for direct marketing must comply with the Data Protection Acts and respect the preferences applicants state on their planning application form.

Accuracy and liability

We work carefully, and our parser is checked against each list's own published totals, but the underlying data is the council's and errors or publication delays can happen. The service is provided as-is; our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that Irish law says can't be limited.

Changes

If we change these terms or the price, existing subscribers get at least one month's notice by email first.
