Every week the council releases the statutory list of planning permissions it has just granted.

We pull out every residential grant: site address, what exactly was approved, decision date, and a link straight into the planning portal.

Common questions

Where does the data come from?

Directly from the statutory weekly lists of granted planning applications that local authorities are required to publish. We don't scrape anything private. We just make public information usable.

Is it legal to use this for finding work?

Yes. Planning grants are public by law. We never include applicant names: you get the site address, what was approved, and the application link. Anyone using planning lists for direct marketing must comply with the Data Protection Acts and respect the preferences applicants state on their planning application form; our deliverable carries that reminder on every issue.

How many firms see these leads?

At most three per trade in each county. If you hold one of the three Cork wastewater places, no fourth installer can join while you're subscribed. First come, first served, and we'll tell you honestly if your trade is already full.

What happens after the free trial?

Near the end of week four we send you a payment link. Take it and the list keeps coming at €75/month, cancel any time. Ignore it and the emails simply stop. No card was ever taken, so there's nothing to cancel.
